We advise you to look at sites like Kayak and Expedia to find the best deals. We suggest you take the less expensive companies, since companies do not offer better cars or service (trust me we have tried a few of them). You will easily find something around $27 U.S. per day (if not less in low season). If you book / pay with your VISA GOLD, insurance are generally covered. Check with your bank before.
We also have a reference on the island (IzzyCarSXM@gmail.com) that offers subcompact for about €198 per week, insurance included (price to be confirmed). The car is delivered to the airport at your arrival and taken back when you leave. We do not make any commission on a rental from Izzy.
